The Civic Museum of Archaeology of Pulo was inaugurated in 2012. It is located inside the Casina Cappelluti (small Cappelluti House), a nineteenth century country house, and documents the archaeological discoveries made inside the karst sinkhole and in the immediate vicinity on the neolithic finds made by the Capuchin monks as well as those of the factories. The Museum has introductory sections of geological nature and on the history of research on ceramic materials, on neolithic settlements, on the Bronze age, on the eighteenth century factories that produces saltpeter and on the extraction processes of minerals. A visit to the Museum completes the preparatory experience of the karst sinkhole.
